Stamford Bridge revealed a huge banner for Mason Mount ahead of kickoff against Southampton this afternoon.
The “floater” appeared before kick off, and while there have been plenty of Mount banners before, this one is especially poignant.

The midfielder has yet to sign a new contract, and there appears to be a growing chance he doesn’t. This is clearly an appeal from the fans to remind him how loved he is.
We still have hope that he ends up staying – and a large part of that will be great efforts like this.
