New Chelsea signing Edouard Mendy was pictured taking part in training for the first time.

The 28-year-old penned a five-year deal earlier this week and will compete with Kepa Arrizabalaga and Willy Caballero for the starting spot in goal.

Bringing in a goalkeeper was high on the agenda given the unconvincing nature of Kepa’s performances.

Now that Mendy is at the club, it remains to be seen if Lampard will continue to start Kepa in goal.
