We know for a fact that Carney Chukwuemeka has been promised first team action at Chelsea.

That was made clear in the statements about his signing, and was clearly why he chose us over some of the other suitors chasing him this summer.

So far, with 3 games gone, he has had precisely 0 minutes of action, despite N’Golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic both being injured.

Not a great start.
