Tottenham defender Cristian Romero posts cheeky message after red card vs Manchester City

Tottenham defender Cristian Romero took to social media to express his thoughts on the team’s impressive win against Manchester City last night.

The Argentine centre-back was given a red card during the match, but that didn’t stop him from posting a cheeky message on Instagram following the game. He will be glad that Tottenham did not suffer due to his sending-off.

In his post, Romero acknowledged the team’s victory, saying, “Great game by all, impressive win. Let’s keep it going @spursofficial.” He then added, “I’m sorry to leave the team with one less, but I didn’t get a L.”

Yes, Romero would have ideally wanted to avoid the red card. He will now miss Tottenham’s next game but he will be proud of the fact he played a key role in what is set to be a memorable victory for the team.
