With that being the case, he would like to play senior football elsewhere for the time being.

ANFIELD WATCH VERDICT

Lewis has made one senior appearance for Liverpool’s first XI. That particular appearance came against Shrewsbury Town in the FA Cup this season.

That highlights that Lewis has not really been involved in Jurgen Klopp’s plans. With that being the case, going out on loan would be the best thing for his development.

At this current moment, it is unclear what the future holds for the 20-year-old. If Lewis has told the club’s official website that he would like a loan move, then there is a fair possibility that he will get what he wants.

The aforementioned statistic highlight that he is not a regular in Klopp’s team, which means that the club are more than likely going to allow him to leave on loan.

Hopefully he can get a move to a Premier League club, as it will give him an idea of what it is like to play in the same division that Liverpool feature in.
