Manchester United won against Fulham in the Premier League on Sunday thanks to a goal from defender Lisandro Martinez.

It was not an impressive performance from Ruben Amorim’s side but they still managed to come out on top against a determined Fulham side.

The Red Devils are still in the bottom half of the Premier League table, sitting in 12th position.

Following the victory against Fulham, Amorim discussed a number of topics with one of them being the future of winger Alejandro Garnacho.

The 20-year-old has been linked with a move away from the club with Chelsea making contact with their Premier League rivals to enquire about the availability of the young winger.

Napoli, who at one stage wanted to sign the Premier League star to replace Kvicha Kvaratskhelia, are looking at alternatives in the market.

The Man United boss said:

“Anything can happen”.

“He is improving in every department, how he recovers, understanding the game when he defends… I am trying to find the best position for him”.

“I don’t know what’s gonna happen.”

Man United may live to regret if they sell Alejandro Garnacho

The young winger has the potential to become one of the best players in the world in his position.

He is still raw and has a lot to learn in the game but there are signs he could become a wolrd beater in the future.

All he needs is guidance and experience at this stage of his career. The Red Devils are currently thinking more about their financial situation since they need to generate funds in order to make new signings but instead of offloading Garnacho, they should work on the exit of other players.
