One of the few bright sparks during Chelsea’s recent run of bad form has been winger Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Frank Lampard has slowly been giving him more minutes recently and the England international is really starting to show the fine form he showed before his serious injury, the type of form that got massive clubs like Bayern Munich trying to sign him.

Which players could be leaving Chelsea this month? Find out here!

But in my opinion he has been one of Chelsea’s best players in the last handful of matches and fully deserves a run in the team now.

The issue is he faces very tough competition from Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic, but the 20-year old says he has the right attitude and the right mentality to be a real asset for this Chelsea team when called upon.

He’s been speaking to The Telegraph and you get a sense that he is learning well from Frank Lampard, but wants to play now as much as possible.
