Newcastle United will look to claim back-to-back wins in the Premier League when they head to the City Ground to take on Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
The Magpies sealed an excellent 1-0 win over Arsenal last weekend at St James’ Park, ending their poor run in the English top-flight.
Newcastle will now look to build on that performance by sealing maximum points against Forest.
However, that will be easier said than done as the Tricky Trees are currently the team in form, having won three consecutive matches.
Roy Keane has backed the two teams to earn a draw, but David Moyes believes the Tyneside club will end up winning at the City Ground.
Nick Pope was impressive last time against Arsenal, and he will retain his spot in goal in Saturday’s away game.
Eddie Howe is likely to feature the same backline that played last time. Tino Livramento, Fabian Schar, Dan Burn and Lewis Hall are all set to keep their starting berths.
The omission of Sandro Tonali from the starting line-up has raised a few eyebrows, but Howe is expected to feature the same midfield trio of Sean Longstaff, Bruno Guimaraes and Joe Willock.
The highly-rated Italian was introduced as a substitute last time, and it looks like he may get some minutes off the bench once again.
There is also no reason for the Newcastle boss to make changes in attack.
Predicted Newcastle United XI: Pope; Livramento, Schar, Burn, Hall; Longstaff, Bruno, Willock; Gordon, Isak, Joelinton.
