Houssem Aouar’s status still doubtful after muscle injury in Milan defeat

Houssem Aouar is yet to find out the extent of his injury following Friday’s defeat with Milan.

The midfielder was forced to abandon the pitch in the first half of the match due to pain and discomfort which experienced in his left hip flexor muscle.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Aouar will undergo medical tests later today in order to assess the situation regarding his potential call-up with the Algerian national team.

A decision will be made by the player along with the capital club’s medical staff who do not wish to risk him any further.
