Houssem Aouar suffers muscle injury in Milan defeat

Algerian midfielder Houssem Aouar was forced to leave the pitch in the first half of last night’s defeat to Milan.

Aouar was eventually replaced by Lorenzo Pellegrini as Roma failed to obtain a positive result on Friday night versus Stefano Pioli’s men.

According to early reports by DAZN, Aouar experienced pain in his left hip flexor muscle.

His conditions remain unclear as the player is yet to undergo tests to determine the extent of the injury.
