Hollywood stars Garfield and Grant in stands for Como-Parma

Como are back in Serie A after more than 20 years and packed their stands with Hollywood royalty, as Hugh Grant and Andrew Garfield attended today’s Parma match.

It kicked off at the Stadio Sinigaglia at 14.00 UK time (13.00 GMT).

There is plenty of interest around the club who earned promotion from Serie B last season in second place behind Parma.

Their coach is former Barcelona and Arsenal star Cesc Fabregas, while the owner is Mirwan Suwarso of the Hartono company, one of the richest men in Indonesia.

Grant and Garfield are currently doing press for their most recent movies and took time out to enjoy some football at the Stadio Sinigaglia.

Grant stars in upcoming psychological horror film Heretic, while Garfield is best known for his role in The Amazing Spider-Man and is currently in series We Live in Time.

Kate Beckinsale had also been spotted in the stands of their matches earlier this season.

The town outside Milan has long been a haven for movie stars, especially after George Clooney bought a home there.
