This week’s edition of Historic Goals features Lozano. The Spanish footballer who grew up in Belgium joined Real Madrid from Anderlecht. He was a technically gifted midfielder, who spent two seasons at our club.
In the 1983/84 season, Real Madrid visited Real Sociedad on matchday four of LaLiga. The goal we have selected is the second goal of a match that the Whites ended up winning 3-1. A cross from the wing from Camacho found Lozano, who headed home from the penalty spot. Lozano spent two seasons at the Real Madrid, where he won 1 UEFA Cup and 1 Copa de La Liga.
