Hertha Berlin chief Michael Preetz has expanded on their plans for Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi.
The France U21 captain has joined Hertha on a straight 12-month loan.

"We have to give him time to adapt," said sports director Preetz, "but we don't have that much time, we have to accelerate this process.
“The line between courage and high spirits is sometimes fine with Mattéo.
"He is very safe on the ball and always wants the ball, he could be a hinge between the defence and attack."
