A second-half wonderstrike from Jordan Henderson has given Liverpool a 3-2 victory over AC Milan in a thrilling Champions League group stage match at Anfield.
The Reds went ahead after 9 minutes when Trent Alexander Arnold's strike deflected off former Chelsea defender Fiyako Tomori for an own goal.
Mohamed Salah then missed an opportunity to make it 2-0 when his penalty was saved by Mike Maignan.
The Italians responded in front of a raucous Anfield crowd with two late goals in the first-half.
The first came from Croatia international Ante Rebic, who converted after some neat one touch passing split the Liverpool defence.
Brahim Diaz then put Milan ahead with a simple tap-in after Andy Robertson blocked Theo Hernandez's shot on the line.
Jurgen Klopp and his men regrouped at half-time and it only took two minutes for them to find an equaliser as Salah redeemed himself for the earlier penalty miss.
The Egyptian received a delightful lobbed pass from Divock Origi before finishing calmly past Maignan.
Liverpool started to take hold of the match and they eventually found a winner with 69 minutes on the clock.
With the ball bobbling out to the edge of the area after a corner, Henderson used all of his immense technique and skill to rifle a half-volley into the bottom corner.
It was an enthralling contest between these two sides, who have produced some of the Champions League's greatest ever games.
