Then in midweek Liverpool were embarrassed at home to Atalanta in the Europa League as they lost 3-0.
Most of the talk from the Anfield faithful though, was that Klopp could now focus on the Premier League title.
Well after just 10 minutes against Crystal Palace, Liverpool have gone 1-0 down.
