Harry Kane was full of praise for two Real Madrid stars after UCL clash | OneFootball

Bayern Munich star Harry Kane was quick to reveal his admiration for two members of the attacking ranks at Real Madrid, on the back of the meeting between the two sides on Tuesday.

Real and Bayern of course locked horns on the continent late last night.

In the first leg of the Champions League semi-final tie between two of European football’s most prestigious clubs, the latter acted as hosts, at the Allianz Arena.

When all was said and done, a thoroughly entertaining affair saw the spoils shared, by way of a 2-2 stalemate.

Vinícius Jr. proved himself the star of the show for Real Madrid, notching both of his side’s goals amid another memorable performance on the grandest stage.

Attacking partner-in-crime Rodrygo, meanwhile, too proved himself decisive, winning a late penalty to ensure that his side will head back to Spain’s capital for next week’s return leg on level terms.

And one individual who could not help but be impressed by Real’s electric Brazilian duo comes in the form of the aforementioned Harry Kane.

Himself on target from the spot in Bavaria, hitman Kane was asked for his take on the respective talents of Vinícius, and Rodrygo, during a post-match interview with TNT Sports Brasil.

And the Englishman was full of praise for both, in responding:

“Really, really good players. They’re the type of players that can hurt you in a split second. There is a reason why they’re playing for Real Madrid.”
