Harry Kane one of three changes to face West Ham

After only making the bench for Tottenham on Tuesday, Harry Kane is back in the starting line-up to face West Ham on Thursday.

The Premier League’s top goalscorer had been struggling with an illness after Christmas but featured from the bench to play a part in Tottenham’s second goal in a 2-0 win against Swansea City 48 hours ago.

Now he has been passed fit enough to start in Thursday’s London derby against the Hammers.

Kane is one of three changes, with Serge Aurier and Moussa Sissoko also coming into the team.

Kieran Trippier, Erik Lamela, and Fernando Llorente all drop to the bench.
