Bayern Munich manager Hansi Flick remains hopeful that Lucas Hernández can feature in Wednesday’s Champions League clash against Red Bull Salzburg.
Hernández lasted just 18 minutes in the 1-1 draw against Werder Bremen after being taken off with a pelvic injury.
But the initial prognosis is good and Flick believes he could play against the Austrian outfit, although Niklas Süle remains unavailable.
“We hope Lucas Hernández can feature tomorrow, but Corentin Tolisso and Bouna Sarr will not be ready,” Flick told reporters.
“We have a few options. You will understand that I am not going to reveal too much now.
