Hansi Flick has confirmed Barcelona currently have no plans to sell Marc Casadó.
The homegrown defender is continuing to attract interest from several clubs, namely Serie A outfit Como and Premier League mainstays West Ham and Wolves.
But Flick insisted ahead of the Blaugrana's trip to Levante that he sees Casadó as an integral component in the reigning Spanish champions' squad.
"He doesn't want to leave, and I also want to keep him," said Flick.
"It's going to be a difficult season, and we need all the players. He gives us confidence, and that's what I want as a coach.
"We want to achieve a lot, and that's why we need all the players."
The German also revealed what he has braced his side to expect one key danger from Levante for in Saturday's encounter at the Estadi Ciutat de València.
He added: "They're a team with a good defense and also very good transitions.
"When they recover the ball, they're very fast, and we'll have to be very careful.
"That's what I've shown the players."
Barça currently sit atop LaLiga after a 3-0 win over Mallorca in the opening matchweek.
