In 2020, Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski contributed to more goals at club level than any other player in Europe.

The Polish striker scored 45 and assisted a further 15 in his 39 appearances across all competitions, a quite astonishing record.

Lewandowski has continued to be prolific in front of goal in 2021 as well and so far this season, the 33-year-old has netted 11 goals in just seven games for Bayern.

The former Borussia Dortmund man is playing the best football of his distinguished career and looks as if he can continue operating at the very highest level for another three to four years - at least.

However, while Lewandowski has been superb in front of goal in 2021, Poland's record scorer has to make to with third-place in terms of goal contributions this year.

Amazingly, he's quite a way off top spot as well...

So, want to know who takes the gold medal at the expense of Lewandowski? Well, look no further.

Below, we've listed the 30 players with the most goal contributions in all competitions for a club in Europe's top 15 leagues in 2021, with all data sourced from Transfermarkt.

In terms of goalscoring alone, Lewandowski sits top of the pile. However, when assists are also factored in, Haaland's total dwarfs that of the Polish striker.

The Dortmund starlet has assisted more goals in 2021 than Messi, Fernandes and Griezmann, which is some achievement given the fact that those three players are renowned for their playmaking ability.

Well played, Erling.
