Gvardiol up for Premier League Player of the Month for April | OneFootball

Josko Gvardiol has been shortlisted for the EA Sports Premier League Player of the Month award for April.

Gvardiol started all five of our league games in the month as we claimed the maximum 15 points.

He also added his first two goals in the division with a right-footed strike against Luton Town and a powerful header at Nottingham Forest.

The Croatian defender, playing mostly at left-back, is enjoying a strong first season in Manchester having already featured 37 times across all competitions.

The 22-year-old will face competition from Manchester United's Bruno Fernandes, Arsenal's Kai Havertz, Crystal Palace's Jean-Philippe Mateta, Chelsea's Cole Palmer and Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.
