Guillermo Ochoa has decided to return to his favourite number for the 2020 Apertura.
However, he took to Twitter to announce that he will have 13 on his back once Liga MX returns to action.
The 34-year-old stopper has worn the number – considered unlucky by some – for most of career, including for Mexico.
It has done him no harm as he has amassed over 100 caps for El Tri, and been involved in four World Cup squads.
Ochoa started his senior career with América back in 2004, before moving to Europe in 2011.
He had spells with AC Ajaccio, Málaga, Granada, and Standard Liège before retuning to his homeland last year.
