América has found their successor to Agustín Marchesín and it’s a familiar face.
After eight years in Europe, Guillermo Ochoa has returned to the famous club after they reached an agreement with Belgian side Standard Liege.
As Marca reported, Ochoa would be the highest-paid Mexican in all of Liga MX, with an income on par with Tigres star André-Pierre Gignac, roughly $4.4m (€3.9m) annually.
During his tour of Europe, Ochoa played at Ajaccio, Malaga, Granada, and Standard Liege.
