Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola admits his team is fortunate to have someone with the talent of Kevin De Bruyne.

The Belgian again showed why he is seen as one of the best midfielders in the world.

He produced a superb outside of the boot cross for John Stones to score in a 4-0 win over Crystal Palace on Sunday.

Stones got another goal, while Raheem Sterling and Ilkay Gundogan were also on target.

"What can I say again? The managers can help many many things, but the one thing we can't is the talent up front," the City boss said of De Bruyne post-game.

"We are incredibly fortunate and lucky to be in charge with these kinds of players who make your life easier.

"In this kind of game the past two seasons we have struggled to beat them. Today I understand why.

"It is the quality of the players up front. This is a special thing, but the managers are not involved."
