Graham Potter is about to go from 0 to 100.

His first month as Chelsea boss has seen him manage just one game. His second month will see him manage 9.

He’s had an exceptional amount of time on the training pitch with his players for a manager who has arrived mid-season. We hope he used it wisely, as he will barely touch it again from now until Christmas.

He’s had the chance to get his ideas across – and will have the rest of this week to keep working – and now he will have the chance to put them into action.

The pain of losing Thomas Tuchel has subsided a little for fans, but if these early results are bad it will come flooding back.

All eyes – from players as well as fans – will be on the teamsheet for the game against Crystal Palace on Saturday, with plenty of questions about what it will mean for the rest of this season.
