Gladbach winger Thuram linked with Liverpool

Borussia Monchengladbach star Marcus Thuram is being linked with a move to Liverpool.

The 23-year-old is an attacker who has managed 14 goals and nine assists this term.

Marcus is the son of French legend Lilian Thuran.

It appears the player is attracting interest from the Premier League, with Manchester United and Liverpool linked.

"For me, Marcus is destined for a top club. He was already sounded out by Liverpool this summer," Movistar commentator Alain Valnegri told El Pais.

"He has skill, he shoots, he's got huge power, he's a dribbler, and he moves well in tight spaces.

"He's always been a left-winger, but in Germany, he's started to get behind the front, and coming up from the second line he is very dangerous."
