Gladbach open talks for Angers midfielder Angelo Fulgini

As reported by Foot Mercato, Borussia Mönchengladbach are very interested in signing Angers’ attacking midfielder Angelo Fulgini.

Discussion are underway between the Bundesliga club and Ligue 1 Angers for the 25-year-old which could lead to an offer in the coming hours with the player interested in a move while Burnley are also interested this month.

Having seen an offer at the end of the summer window from Feyenoord turned down by the club, Fulgini has a clear asking price of €15m often mentioned by Angers officials. His current contract expires in 2023.

Quietly excellent in Ligue 1 this season, both as an overtly attacking and deeper lying midfielder, Fulgini has managed 22 goals and 15 assists in 144 game for Le SCO since joining in 2017 from Valenciennes.
