After beating Venezia 2-0 at San Siro last night, today Milan got back to training ahead of Saturday’s match against Spezia at Stadio Alberto Picco.

Last year Milan lost the fixture away at Spezia and when they look at Inter and Napoli who keep getting wins, the Rossoneri know that they can’t slip up in order to keep up with their main opponents.

Today coach Stefano Pioli got a great boost ahead of the game on Saturday, as Giroud trained regularly with the squad. Olivier is the only one of the unavailable men who could be back for Spezia, as the rest all trained individually today and are still not ready to make their return.

Davide Calabria, Simon Kjær and Zlatan Ibrahimović are all expected to be back in time for the Atlético Madrid game or the Atalanta match before the break at the latest.
