France beat Austria 2-0 at the Stade de France in Paris and recorded their first win of the current Nations League campaign. Les Bleus took the lead in the 56th minute through Mbappé before Giroud wrapped up the win in the 65th minute, heading home from Griezmann's ball in. Oli now has 49 goals for his country, two behind Henry, and has become the oldest player to score for France. Maignan played for 45 minutes before being replaced by Areola at half time. Theo Hernández not involved.
Belgium kept themselves in the hunt for the Final Four of the UEFA Nations League thanks to a 2-1 win over Wales, with goals from De Bruyne and Batshuayi. De Ketelaere made a late appearance off the bench, while Saelemaekers remained an unused substitute. It will all come down to a final matchday clash with neighbours the Netherlands at the Amsterdam Arena on Sunday evening.
Simon Kjær and Denmark had a night to forget as they lost 2-1 to Croatia, surrendering their lead in the group. The Milan defender started at the heart of defence before being subbed off in the 72nd minute.
Marko Lazetić got on the scoresheet with Serbia Under-19 against Finland as he looks to have found his form in front of goal after bagging with the Primavera in their last Youth League game. The AC Milan forward did brilliantly to find some space in the box following a free-kick and finished well to wrap up the 2-1 win for Serbia.
