A pair of La Liga clubs are expressing a keen interest in the summer signing of Valencia star Javi Guerra.
That’s according to Relevo, who point towards Girona and Real Sociedad as the sides in question.
Guerra, for his part, is fresh off a stellar individual campaign on the books of the aforementioned Valencia in 2023/24.
Establishing himself as a pivotal figure in Los Che’s ranks in the middle of the park, the deep-lying midfielder managed appearances in all but two of the club’s La Liga outings.
Guerra also managed to chip in in the attacking third, to the tune of a solid haul of four goals.
And such exploits, evidently, did not go at all unnoticed across the Spanish football landscape.
As per a report from Relevo:
‘Real Sociedad and Girona want Javi Guerra. Absolutely confirmed interest.’
Not only that, but the latter are already understood to have seen a pair of offers knocked back by the board at Valencia.
The Blanquivermells, in turn, are readying a third and likely final proposal, whilst Real Sociedad watch on with intent ahead of the predicted exit of Mikel Merino.
