Job Title: Girls Academy (RTC) Tier 1+ GK Coach

Salary: £3000 (pro rata - fixed term to end June 2022)

Hours: 6 hours per week

Location: Onsite: Leeds United Foundation, Elland Road, Leeds LS11 0ES Offsite: various locations

Reports to: Abigail Lee (Centre Manager) & Paul Atkinson (Technical Director)

Purpose: To deliver practical goal keeping sessions in line with the Girls Academy (RTC) technical programme.

About the Organisation: The Leeds United Foundation is a non-profit, sports charity that exists to deliver targeted, high-quality programmes that have a real and measurable positive impact on the relationship between the club, its fans and the community.

Main areas of responsibility:

•Welfare of players within the Girls Academy

•Provide high quality coaching and support

• Implementing the Academy training and games programme in line with LTPD guidelines

• Update required documents (inc Match Day & Training) within the Academy Google Drive.

• Three player reviews per season per player.

• Players IDP – Live document to be kept updated and monitored

• Complete and support administrative duties such as Risk Assessment / Registers / Wellness report every session in-line with programme requirements / Safeguarding / Health and Safety / Child Protection

• To provide verbal and / or written reports when requested by the Academy or the FA • Attend weekly meeting with the Centre Manager & Technical Director

• To adopt principles of continuous personal and professional development with regard to the role

• To always support Leeds United Academy with their vision & Mission values.

• To build and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally, always maintaining a professional image when representing the Leeds United Girls Academy.

• To keep confidential any information gained regarding the Charity, Club, and its personnel.

• To always maintain a flexible approach to work.

• To maintain the upkeep of all relevant equipment pertaining to the delivery of programmes and to the safety of participants.

• To undertake all other such relevant duties directed by the Senior Management team, which from time to time may be required with respect to the promotion of The Leeds United Girls Academy.

• To be aware of and abide by all the Leeds United Foundation policies and procedures, in particular Safeguarding and Equality Diversity & Inclusion
