On Friday night, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Jens Petter Hauge each tested negative for COVID-19 after being asymptomatic and previously testing positive.
The Milan duo have been authorized to return to training immediately after gaining approval from the Milan health authorities.

Meanwhile, Milan defender Matteo Gabbia has also tested negative and will have to undergo medical screening on Saturday prior to being allowed to return to first-team training.
