Ghisolfi shares Dovbyk injury update prior to Porto kick-off

Roma sporting director Florent Ghisolfi was interviewed by Sky Sport before kick-off vs Porto at Stadio Olimpico tonight.

When asked about Artem Dovbyk’s latest injury, Ghisolfi said, “I’m not sure exactly. It does not appear to be serious.”

“Shomurodov will play in his place and he’s also really good,” he added.

“We have to be smart, we know the importance of this match and the difficulty of these playoffs: we have seen Juve, Atalanta and Milan drop out of Champions League.”

“As Mancini said, we have to find the right amount of tension and concentration, play with high intensity and feed off the connection with the Olimpico and with the fans to have great energy all evening.”
