Multiple reports in Italy claim Arsenal defender Brooke Norton-Cuffy is set to join Genoa.

According to reports in Italy, English right-back Norton-Cuffy will join Genoa from Arsenal.

The news was first broke by La Repubblica newspaper and then confirmed by Sky Sport Italia and Fabrizio Romano.

The English defender could land in Genoa tomorrow, Tuesday, August 13, 2024, to undergo medical tests with the Grifone.

Gianluca Di Marzio says that the 20-year-old will move to Marassi on a permanent transfer, but the fee hasn’t been disclosed yet.

Norton-Cuffy is currently under contract with Arsenal but spent last season on loan at Millwall FC in the English Championship scoring two goals and providing four assists in 40 league games.

A product of Chelsea academy, he joined Arsenal in 2020 and has also played for Coventry, Rotherham and Lincoln City.

Born in London on January 12, 2024, Norton-Cuffy has four appearances with England U21.

Genoa have recently sold Italy international Mateo Retegui to Atalanta and according to Repubblica, they will try to sign Arkadiusz Milik from Juventus to strengthen the attacking department.
