AC Milan could end up signing two strikers this summer as they seek fresh quality and depth in attack for the new season under a different coach.

As reported by Luca Bianchin of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Radio Rossonera), there is a chance that Milan enter the market for two different strikers this summer as they seek to replace Olivier Giroud and add more quality depth than just Luka Jovic.

The striker that Milan are closest to signing right now is Stuttgart’s Serhou Guirassy, who has a release clause of €17m. The Guinean has always been viewed as a cheaper option compared to the likes of Joshua Zirkzee and Benjamin Sesko.

The report explains that if Milan manages to sign a striker for a good price, such as Guirassy, it can’t be ruled out that they will continue the pursuit of someone like Zirkzee or Sesko who have higher ceilings than the 28-year-old Stuttgart man.

Signing two strikers would be very bad news for Jovic who is expected to stay at the club for another season. He would have very limited time on the pitch if Zirkzee and Guirassy were both at the club and fit enough to play.
