Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara have renewed with AC Milan and will remain at the club until at least 2024. Together, they have achieved some great things with the Rossoneri and they work perfectly together.

As highlighted by Gazzetta Dello Sport this morning, they are really the perfect managerial duo for Milan. Massara prefers to work in the shadows, while Maldini is the big symbol for the club and takes most of the spotlight.

Maldini has worked with Leonardo and Zvone Boban since he returned to the club and despite having even played with them, he found the perfect balance with Massara. Together, they built a Milan that won the Scudetto and that says a lot.

Massara has a great eye for scouting and world-class diplomatic abilities, speaking five languages. And Maldini is a legend of the game, a man few players can say no to, and sometimes a phone call is all it takes to seal the deal.

Ibiza has become their place of reference and the M&M of Milan has become a trademark. Everyone in the industry knows their excellent work and it has certainly put the Rossoneri in a very good spotlight.
