GdS: Probable XIs for Empoli vs. Milan – Ballo-Toure and Pobega to start | OneFootball

A lot of rotation is expected from AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli for the match against Empoli on Saturday evening with Fode Ballo-Toure and Tommaso Pobega expected to start.

According to this morning’s addition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (as seen below), there will be some differences from the usual strongest Milan starting eleven for the trip to Tuscany.

Ciprian Tatarusanu is set to make his first start of the season in goal as Milke Maignan picked up an injury whilst on international duty with France last week.

He should have Fikayo Tomori, Pierre Kalulu and Davide Calabria in front of him as normal but Ballo-Toure may start on the left as Theo Hernandez has also picked up an injury.

Pobega is set to get the nod over Ismael Bennacer in the middle to play alongside Sandro Tonali and Alexis Saelemaekers should start on the right as Junior Messias is injured.
