AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has been able to enjoy an attacking output that is very much spread out, both in goals and assists.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports how last season Milan drew the accusation of being too dependant on Zlatan Ibrahimovic but now the team seem to have adapted and they are not reliant on one man for all their attacking output.

Milan have scored eight goals in four league games – a figure that is behind the 15 of Inter and the 11 of Roma – but still well spread throughout the matches. The forwards have all scored too: Brahim Diaz, Rafael Leao, Olivier Giroud, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Ante Rebic have all netted. Five attacking players have found the net in the first five outings of the season including the Champions League, while Sandro Tonali also has a goal.

Alexis Saelemaekers is still on a duck but he is always asked to work hard and run a lot above all else, while the others have not yet had the opportunity to perform such as Samu Castillejo (one minute), Daniel Maldini (13), Pietro Pellegri and JuniorMessias (zero). Even in terms of assists, the attack is spread as four have come from Ante Rebic (2), Diaz (1) and Leao (1).
