A report from La Gazzetta dello Sport today (via Milan News) has explained the collective strength that Milan boast and how that has been harnessed by Pioli to potentially lead the Rossoneri to the Scudetto.

It is difficult to pinpoint the key players within the Milan squad this season as so many have their own attributes that help the team in a different way.

Mike Maignan can be commended for his personality whilst Olivier Giroud is known for his decisiveness in front of the goal. The team is also now running off the defensive stability that Pierre Kalulu and Fikayo Tomori bring.

It is Pioli that has created this team and he instils a calmness into his side that is paying off as Milan will almost be guaranteed the Scudetto if they beat Atalanta on Sunday evening.
