Gareth Bale was virtually anonymous for Wales in their first half with England.
The LAFC man came into this tournament as Cymru’s talisman but hasn’t been anywhere near his usual standard in their two and a half games so far.
That was summed up with his first half pass map against England which showed just one, solitary completed pass to a team mate in 45 minutes.
Whether he’s carrying a knock or just not performing, Bale was subbed out by Rob Page at half-time, with Wales fully aware they need to produce something more or they’ll be packing their bags to go home.
