Victor Osimhen is expected to make a final decision on his future today, with Galatasaray pushing for clarity and Manchester United among the clubs monitoring developments closely.

The 26 year old has been heavily linked with a move away from Napoli and is a long-standing target for United, who are keen to strengthen their forward line this summer.

The Turkish champions, fresh from a league and cup double, are still waiting on a definitive answer from the Nigerian striker as a self-imposed deadline approaches.

Galatasaray’s board had previously given Osimhen until 1 July to communicate his decision, following their substantial contract offer of €23 million per year.

The message was direct: a yes or no would dictate their entire summer transfer strategy.

According to Hürriyet (via Fotomac), the club will now turn its attention to other targets if they do not receive a response by the end of today. With planning for the new season already underway, clarity is essential for both parties.

Complicating the situation is Napoli’s own stance. The Italian club, still holding Osimhen under contract, reportedly issued a similar deadline, urging the player to confirm his next club by 1 July.

Osimhen been one of the most talked-about forwards in Europe in recent windows. His physical style, goal output and peak age make him a valuable asset on the market.

The striker is also believed to be considering a lucrative proposal from Al-Hilal, with reports suggesting the Saudi side tabled an offer worth over €40 million per year.

Should no transfer materialise before the deadline, Napoli are expected to exclude Osimhen from first-team plans, a move that would open a new chapter of uncertainty in the player’s career.

Whether Osimhen opts for England,Istanbul, Riyadh, or remains in Italy, his decision could ripple across multiple markets before the window fully opens.

All eyes, for now, remain fixed on what is expected to be a telling day in the forward’s future.
