Galatasaray discussing Tanguy Ndombélé transfer with Tottenham | OneFootball

L’Équipe are reporting that Galatasaray are in discussions with Tottenham Hotspur over the signing of France international Tanguy Ndombélé (26).

The Frenchman’s contract with Tottenham runs until 2025, but it is clear that the former Olympique Lyonnais midfielder no longer features in the club’ plans. Ndombélé spent last season on loan at Serie A champions Napoli, making 40 appearances in all competitions.

However, he is yet to feature for Tottenham this season and does not seem to figure in Ange Postecoglou’s plans at the club. Galatasaray have now entered into talks with the Premier League club about a potential transfer. For the Turkish side, Ndombélé’s arrival would mark the continuation of an ambitious window, which has also seen Mauro Icardi, Wilfried Zaha and Hakim Ziyech arrive at the club.

Since arriving at Tottenham from Lyon for €62m in 2019, Ndombélé has played 91 times for Spurs, scoring 10 goals and registering nine assists.
