Our last trip to Craven Cottage came 12 months ago, as we moved top of the Premier League table with a superb 4-0 victory.
Josko Gvardiol fired us into a 13th minute lead when he rounded off a slick, 19-pass move with a delightful finish.
Phil Foden scored a crucial second just before the hour mark before Gvardiol’s second and a Julian Alvarez penalty in stoppage time wrapped up an excellent performance.
In the reverse fixture earlier this season at the Etihad, Mateo Kovacic scored twice and Jeremy Doku grabbed a vital third as City secured a hard-earned 3-2 win.
Our last Premier League encounter saw us claim an impressive 3-1 victory over Bournemouth in Kevin De Bruyne's final Etihad appearance for City.
Omar Marmoush opened the scoring, before Bernardo Silva and Nico added goals to earn a crucial win.
As for Fulham, they secured an impressive 3-2 away victory over in-form Brentford last weekend.
Raul Jimenez, Tom Cairney and Harry Wilson all got their names on the scoresheet for Marco Silva’s side.
