The Cottagers are turning to Pellegrini after being frustrated in attempts to re-sign Neco Williams from Liverpool.
Serie A new boys Monza have also asked about the 23-year-old's services, though Juve's price is deemed too steep.
Juve have informed Fulham they can sign Pellegrini for €15m.
