From Spain: Roma, Inter among clubs following Real Betis youngster Alex Perez | OneFootball

Real Betis are facing mounting pressure in warding off transfer market interest from Serie A, including from Roma, for highly rated defender Álex Pérez.

Several Italian clubs have their eyes on the 18 year-old after he quickly shot up the ranks at the Spanish side—joining the first team in preseason last summer. In addition, his contract with Betis expires next year in June 2025, adding to his appeal as a potential transfer target.

Relevo reports that the youngster has caught the eye of various Italian teams. Inter was initially the most keen on signing him, but their change in ownership stalled this pursuit.

Consequently, this has opened the door for others such as the Giallorossi and Udinese to consider signing the defender, although no official offers have been made so far.
