20 Minutes report today that Tarbes, a sixth-tier French team, were this Saturday knocked out of the Coupe de France after arriving at their match against Vabres-L’Abbaye fifty minutes late.

The team bus had arrived on time, but 90 kilometres away in Vabre – a typo when the coach driver entered the destination into the GPS led to the mix up, which caused the team’s disqualification at the hands of the Aveyron-based opponents.

Vabres-L’Abbaye, who play below the regional pyramid level, had seen their opponents arrive running to their ground, at what would have normally been half-time in their Coupe de France fourth round clash.
