Eintracht Women striker Laura Freigang sustained an injury to her left shoulder in the match against Bayern Munich.
SGE forward Laura Freigang has sustained an injury to her left shoulder, an MRI scan on Saturday revealed. The Germany international landed awkwardly on her shoulder after contesting a tackle shortly before half-time as Eintracht opened the FLYERALARM Women's Bundesliga season against Bayern at Deutsche Bank Park on Friday evening. She was able to continue playing after receiving treatment on the pitch, but the 24-year-old is now wearing a splint and has to take a break from training for the time being.
