Franck Kessié completes Saudi move after one season at Barcelona

Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessié has completed a move to Saudi Arabian outfit Al-Ahli after just one season at the Camp Nou.

The Spanish champions are said to have accepted an offer worth around €12.5m for the Ivory Coast international.

After reports suggested Kessié was told he would see a reduced role in the Barça squad after the arrival of İlkay Gündoğan, the 26-year-old was the subject of plenty of interest around Europe.

Despite a move back to Italy being on offer for Kessié, with Juventus keen on bringing the Ivorian in, the Barça man has chosen to join the ever-growing list of European stars to make the move to the Saudi Pro League.
