The 35-year-old arrives at St Andrew’s with a wealth of experience in the game. Cho has enjoyed a long career which has seen her play in her native South Korea, Japan, Norway and England. The midfielder is the joint-highest appearance holder of all-time for the South Korean national team. She has made 148 appearances for her country in which she has scored 26 goals.

Cho’s experience will be vital for new club Birmingham City as they look to recover from their difficult start in the Barclays Women’s Championship. The player will be available for selection once she has obtained a visa. She may not be available when the Blues face Charlton Athletic at St Andrew’s on Sunday afternoon.
