Newcastle fans, remember Haris Vučkić? Despite being on the books at Newcastle for eight years, we wouldn’t blame you if you don’t.
The Magpies beat the likes of AC Milan for his signature back in January 2009 when he was just 17, but the versatile striker failed to get on, scoring a single goal in 19 appearances while going on loan to five different clubs.
Considering he starred at Rangers while failing to impress at Newcastle, Wigan, Cardiff, and Rotherham… maybe England was the problem?
Vučkić landed at FC Twente when his contract ran out in summer 2017 and has taken advantage on his new lease on life.
Despite originally struggling, the Slovenia international has bagged an incredible nine goals in 19 games, but this has to be the pick of the lot.
With Twente down a goal late against 10-man PSV over the weekend, Vučkić smashed an absolute thunderbolt into the top corner to give his side a much-needed point.
